So Long, Ho-Ho. We hardly knew ye

I won't eulogize Dean's candidacy. I also won't indulge in too much speculation on what his campaign will morph into next. I will say I'm sorry to see him out. Now that he is, I swing my support to John Edwards.

You obviously have some kind of problem with Kerry.
Why is he so far down on your list as a potential candidate? Of all the Democrats that ran exactly where does he fall on your "favorites" list? You had Dean number one and now Edwards number two. Would Kerry be three or is he even lower than that?

Hmmm... of those who are running, or did run:
1. Dean
2. Graham
3. Clark
4. Edwards
5. Gephardt
6. Kerry
7. Lieberman
8. Braun *
9. Kucinich *
10. Sharpton
* Would consider giving these two higher marks if I felt I could trust them to beat George Bush and not push for single-payer healthcare. Especially CMB, whom I think is the most eloquent of the bunch, and seems to be a cut above all but Clark in terms of native intelligence.
Things I don't like about Kerry:
1. Voted wrong on two wars in a row: Against Gulf War I, and for Gulf War II. Started opposing Gulf War II when Howard Dean made it popular to do so.
2. Apparent lack of backbone where it comes to making a firm stand on an issue where it might cost him politically.
3. No executive experience
4. Off-putting sense of entitlement / arrogance.
5. Boring. Worse than Al Gore in this respect.
6. Life-long politician. Promises too much.

He is not alone there. Cant really blame our president for the Iraqi war when Congress actually voted for it too.
2. Apparent lack of backbone where it comes to making a firm stand on an issue where it might cost him politically.
Cant really say much about "W" in that regard can you? You are always preaching about the 14th amendment and how we as a country shouldnt discriminate against ANYONE...well, sir, how do you feel about reverse discrimination?? Is that not discrimination also? Dubyah took a stand (albeit a brief one) against the University of Michigan on just that very cause....and even though the University was able to adequately defend its policies it was nice to see our president put himself in such a vulnerable political noose by bringing that argument out into the open.
3. No executive experience
Dubyah has done pretty well in this regard.
4. Off-putting sense of entitlement / arrogance.
Umm, gee. No one gets off the hook on this one, sorry.
5. Boring. Worse than Al Gore in this respect.
Unless you are talking about Sharpton then everyone is lumped into this group as well.
6. Life-long politician. Promises too much.
All Dems are promising too much baby! We are smothering w/ a deficit and the Dems are coming in and are going to raise taxes and get healthcare to all......huh?
...So does this mean you are going to cast your vote for Dubyah now?? hehehe
