Compare and contrast
from - Buck
Take a look at this one from Boortz.
A senior al-Qaeda member has been captured in Iraq! Not a freshman, sophomore or junior but a SENIOR member! The insurgency is being crushed.
Now take a look at this one.
Is the insurgency thriving after Zarqawi?
You tell me.
Baghdad is under curfew.
The only place in Iraq with any semblance of safety is the Olive Garden and we are still asked to believe that things are getting better instead of worse.
I can only hope that the current administration is assessing the situation more honestly in private than they are in public.

Baghdad was dangerous under the murderer Saddam and it is dangerous now, but I prefer now. If we do cut and run, we will pay for it here eventually. And yes I am a Unitarian. These jihadists are very dangerous people who want to make the world Islam whether you like it or not. We stood up to Hitler and these people are as fanatical as any hardcore German Nazis ever were.

I wonder if the majority of Iraqi's prefer the way it is now to the way it was before we showed up.
And I wouldn't worry too much about the jihadists Paul. I believe world domination is impossible when all you have are a few suicide bombers and some IED's.
Nazi Germany they ain't.
